Description:

Flexfoam Hand 640 is one component, self-expanding, high yield polyurethane foam which is hand held and applied using the straw included with the aerosol can.

Usage

Sealing and filling of holes, gaps, joints, cavities and penetrations.

Sealing of window and door frames.

Sealing the joints between adjacent thermal insulation and acoustic boards.

Reducing the impact of thermal bridges.

Flexfoam Hand 640 is packaged in 640 ml aerosol cans holding

Storage

Storage in the original unopened cans at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C away from direct sunlight, snow and rain.

Remarks

Sensitive to UV and direct sun light
Not recommended for use in contact with Teflon, polyethylene and silicon surfaces
Flexfoam Hand 640 should be applied at ambient temperatures between +5 to +30˚C

Application Information

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

Surfaces must be sound, clean, and free of oil and grease. Spray small amounts of water onto the substrate prior to the application. For cold applications, Flexfoam Hand 640 must be kept in a warm room where the temperature does not exceed 30°C before the application.

APPLICATION

Shake Flexfoam Hand 640 well before using, then attached the straw to the aerosol can valve.
The discharge rate can be controlled by controlling the pressure on the trigger. Fill half of the cavities' volume and leave the foam to expand in the joint, then refill as necessary.
Flexfoam Hand 640 aerosol can must be kept upside down during the time of discharging.
