Description:

Flexbond NR900 is a one component polychloroprene based adhesive and sealant specially designed to form a flexible and permanent bonding agent for the most common construction materials.

Usage

Flexbond NR900 is suitable for sealing and fixing several types of construction materials on common substrates like concrete, plaster, metal or wood surfaces

280 ml cartridges 12 pcs in a box

Coverage

Approximately 15 m length for each 280 ml cartridge on 5 mm diameter

Storage

Flexbond NR900 has a shelf of 12 months from date of manufacture if stored between 5 and 25°C in closed original packaging.

Limitations

Flexbond NS900 is not recommended to be used with polystyrene insulation panels. For this kind of application, DCP's Thermofix Foam is recommended. Consult DCP's Technical Department for more information.

Application instructions

Surface Preparation
All substrates should be clean and free from dust, oil, grease or any other contamination. If it is necessary to use a solvent to clean the surfaces, then the compatibility between the material and the solvent must be checked before. Leave the solvent till it's dry before starting with the application.

Application
Flexbond NR900 can be applied using a manual or pneumtic gun or by hand with a spatula. Apply strips or spots on the surface of the object that will be fixed and put it one on the substrate in order to transfer the adhesive to the substrate.

Take off the object that will be fixed and wait for few minutes (3 minutes for light objects and 5 minutes for heavy objects) then fix it back to the same position by applying a uniform firm pressure over the surface.
